What to Expect
Do you offer free consultations?
At this time, we offer free 15-minute consultations for people who are seeking an uncontested divorce. All other consultations are $250 for up to one hour of the attorney's time. Consultations can be scheduled by clicking the "Book a Consult" link on the home page.
If I pay for a consultation, does that mean the firm represents me?
No. A consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with an attorney to speak about the facts of the case. The attorney will usually ask questions to help the attorney evaluate the case, and provide a strategy for moving forward. Everything discussed in a consultation is confidential. An attorney-client relationship does not start until the attorney and client have signed an agreement that details the relationship.
